Antonio Iannicelli

The artist was born in Naples in 1952. Since childhood, his ambition has always been to become a professional artist. Antonio Iannicelli’s works are an amazed contemplation of a world in which the soul of modern man has become aware of its own fragility, but in which he nevertheless finds unexpected joy. This artist’s works are not composed of cold impressions of landscape subjects – the “Venice” and the “Coastal Regions” of Antonio Iannicelli propose nothing photographic or artificial but evoke genuine emotion. Continual introspective research is definitely positive in the reaching towards future achievements.
He has staged about twenty personal showings in Italy and abroad and has participated almost uninterruptedly in the highest national Art exhibitions.
He has won numerous prizes.
His works are found in numerous public and private collections.
