Jiang Lin
Jiang Lin was born in Shichuang Province in 1982. As a child, Jiang Lin naturally gravitated to art and painting. Soon, it became his lifelong pursuit. After attending University for painting, he set up a studio in Shenzhen and began to develop his style. Painting for Jiang Lin is an intuitive process of creating space, a layering of experiences that evokes both unexpected complexity and the simplicity of a moment. It is in the process itself that continues to empower him to create. With daily exposure to new materials for artists, he takes full advantage of this unique opportunity to explore diverse applications for his work in mixed media.
Jiang Lin is driven by the desire to give new meaning and purpose to what it means to be an artist today both locally and globally.
