Riverin
Born in 1942 in Quebec City, he got a Bachelor degree in Chemistry from Sherbrooke University and worked as a chemist for Laurentides Paint before starting his own specialty coatings business, Encoat Chemicals Ltd. In 1976, he sold it and bought his first art gallery. He has been in the art field ever since.
What makes people fall in love with his work? The color harmony? The unusual texture?
he diversity and appeal of his unique compositions? Riverin's answer is: it is more than the above mentioned; it is the connection! People who own a Riverin painting sense it every day; they sense a connection to his worlds, his dreams, and a connection to a superior universe.
For Riverin is also a novelist and the author of the "Ghama-2, An Afterlife Story" trilogy, it is available at Barnes & Noble. In his third hard cover art book "Riverin Modern Impressions Book 3",you can read a few short stories and among them: "The Perpendicular World" and "Eden” and also "Meeting with God”.
Riverin also makes his own paint! Once dry, this paint keeps a soft luster, a freshness that will last for centuries. Riverin's work is sold in many galleries across USA and Canada.
